TL;DR

Marketing Analyst (Legal AI): Build dashboards, attribution models, and analytics to track marketing performance, funnel health, and revenue impact with an accent on AI/ML-powered insights and predictive modeling. Focus on optimizing campaigns, refining ICPs, analyzing customer behavior, and driving data-informed GTM strategies.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Remote role unless within ~50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT offices (then hybrid: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays in-office).

Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (US-based)

What you will do

  • Build dashboards and reports for campaign performance across paid media, ABM, email, events, and web.
  • Develop single- and multi-touch attribution models to measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Analyze funnel health from lead to closed-won and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with demand gen to highlight efficient campaigns, channels, and paths.
  • Use AI/ML analytics for predictive insights like churn risk or next-best-actions.
  • Track feature adoption, usage, retention; analyze behavior, trends, competitors to inform GTM.
  • Refine ICPs, IAPs, personas with firmographic and behavioral data.
  • Recommend tools for reporting, enrichment, segmentation; promote test-and-learn culture.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years marketing analytics experience, preferably SaaS (B2B AI/legal tech a plus)
  • Strong grasp of funnel metrics, attribution, campaign ROI
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, GA4, Looker/Tableau/Power BI
  • Knowledge of relational databases (joins, aggregations, lookups)
  • Comfort with AI-enabled analytics or predictive modeling preferred
  • Excellent data storytelling to turn insights into actions

  • Experience at early-stage Series A startup
