TL;DR

Growth Strategist (DTC): Develop and iterate Meta-led growth strategies for flagship health supplement products grounded in data and competitive intelligence with an accent on identifying bottlenecks, untapped opportunities, and high-leverage initiatives. Focus on conducting deep market research, architecting ad systems, owning funnel CRO, and leading cross-functional teams to scale to $100M+ profitability.

Location: Remote from United Kingdom, Monday-Friday 10am-7pm SGT (GMT+8) with at least 3 hours daily overlap; preferably time zones GMT to GMT+2.

What you will do

  • Lead product marketing team (copywriter, creative strategist, designer, media buyer) to grow 2 flagship products via Meta strategies, root-cause analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Conduct deep research: social listening, product inputs, competitive audits across Meta, Google, Amazon to inform positioning, creative, and funnel strategy.
  • Design high-performance Meta ad systems: account structures, bid strategies, testing frameworks, creative matrices.
  • Own creative/messaging roadmap, funnel CRO, end-to-end project execution with briefs, implementation, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (influencer, video, marketplaces, retention, tech) and provide strategic briefs.
  • Analyze metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV), run performance cadences, and drive data-based decisions.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years DTC experience as media buyer/growth strategist, managing $1M+/month ($30-100K/day) ad spend profitably.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and form hypotheses.
  • Media buying expertise in Meta with performance marketing depth.
  • Project management and coordination across multiple initiatives and partners.
  • Builder mindset, resourcefulness, persuasion skills (copywriting principles), data fluency.
  • Availability for 3+ hours daily overlap in SGT timezone (GMT+8).
