What you will do

  • Own the lead pipeline for CRO and site build opportunities, guiding prospects from first discovery through contract execution.
  • Conduct deep technical discovery and UX/CRO audits to architect scalable, revenue-driving eCommerce solutions.
  • Develop detailed scopes, estimates, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses for Shopify Plus replatforms and redesigns.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to craft and deliver compelling solution narratives and presentations.
  • Build and activate partnerships within the Shopify Plus ecosystem and evaluate emerging AI tools to enhance client performance.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continuity from sales through project execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, eCommerce consulting, or technical pre-sales.
  • Proven ability to scope and architect complex site builds and replatforms within the Shopify Plus ecosystem.
  • Deep fluency in conversion strategy (CRO), data interpretation, and experience optimization.
  • Experience owning a sales pipeline end-to-end with a measurable impact on deal velocity and close rates.
  • Must be based in North America.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with other platforms such as BigCommerce, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Active engagement with the eCommerce community through conferences and thought leadership.
