What you will do

• Drive net revenue growth via up-sell, cross-sell, and add-on opportunities
• Manage the full renewal sales cycle to ensure high customer retention
• Provide accurate forecasts and track all client and partner interactions using Salesforce
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and finance teams to promote client satisfaction
• Create and document playbooks, dashboards, and models to ensure repeatable and scalable processes

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of individual quota-carrying sales experience
• Experience in the ecommerce and marketplace space, ideally involving tax compliance issues
• 5+ years of experience negotiating contracts or facilitating customer problem resolution
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships at the senior executive level
• Deep understanding of logistics and carrier operations within a marketplace context
