What you will do

• Manage project scope and timelines for enterprise-level WordPress projects.
• Guide and coach distributed teams on the principles and practices of the Agile framework.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to define project needs and resolve team impediments.
• Manage project budgets and report financial status to the company.
• Build strategic partnerships with clients to align delivery with their business imperatives.
• Conduct team reviews and retrospectives to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery role, ideally within an enterprise agency environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Working knowledge of web technologies including WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
• CSM or PSM I/II certifications are highly desirable.
