What you will do

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from blueprint to hypercare.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones and timelines.
• Document risks, issues, and mitigation plans while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Approve timesheets, invoices, and manage team administrative tasks.
• Provide knowledge transition and documentation to support teams post-go-live.
• Engage with customers to manage priorities and project expectations.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in supply chain planning solution implementation or logistics domain.
• Proven experience in project management through the full lifecycle of enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, artifacts, and software like JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in agile methodology.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
