What you will do

• Achieve annual sales plans and grow top-line revenue within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts through direct engagement with decision-makers.
• Generate new business opportunities using consultative selling techniques and skills.
• Promote the hirify.global product portfolio, focusing on advanced technologies and application engineering.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery conditions, and secure purchase orders.
• Analyze market trends and research industry developments across the geography.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of outside sales experience in an industrial environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Canonsburg, PA.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time visiting customers and facilities.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with the complex sale of industrial engineered products involving multiple departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• BS degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
• Prior experience with industrial furnaces, combustion, or process equipment.
• Experience in the metals industry.
• Experience with consultative selling or Dale Carnegie style training.
