Salary: $94,963 - $168,337 per year

What you will do

• Maintain and prepare cost spreads and monitor project cash positions.
• Develop and maintain Level I/II project schedules, including fragnet identification and resource leveling.
• Perform critical path and float analysis reporting.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain the change log to reflect potential forecast changes.
• Develop earned value reports and perform project risk analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience (or 6+ years without a degree).
• Must be authorized to work in the US; Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to construction sites.
