Salary: $144,500 - $170,000

What you will do

• Establish cost management programs, tools, processes, and deliverables for large-scale capital projects.
• Integrate third-party plans and cost components into comprehensive cost plans.
• Provide detailed cost risk analysis, issues, and mitigations to project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Drive accruals, forecasting, and earned value management for projects.
• Support risk management, quantitative assessments, project control plans, and value engineering.
• Review invoices, assist with RFPs/RFQs, and develop project estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
• 8+ years of experience as cost management expert on capital projects including design and construction phases
• Direct experience in complex, matrixed environments
• Expertise using Excel
• Experience in construction industry required; life sciences experience strongly preferred
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills
