Salary: $140,250 - $165,000

What you will do

• Establish cost management programs, tools, processes, and deliverables for large-scale capital projects.
• Integrate third-party plans and cost components into a comprehensive cost plan.
• Lead detailed cost risk analysis, issue identification, and mitigation efforts for project managers and stakeholders.
• Drive accruals, forecasting, and earned value management processes.
• Support risk management, quantitative risk assessments, and project control plans.
• Review invoices, assist with RFPs/RFQs, develop estimates, and drive value engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a cost management expert on capital projects, including design and construction phases.
• Experience with Data Centers or Advanced Manufacturing projects required.
• Expertise using Excel; experience in construction industry.
• Direct experience in complex, matrixed environments.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
