What you will do

• Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules for efficient execution of capital construction projects.
• Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations.
• Prepare baseline schedules, schedule basis documents, progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.
• Assess critical path impacts, monitor deviations and variances, and develop corrective actions.
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Review schedules regularly with project team to ensure accurate and timely data incorporation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience as a planner/scheduler.
• Expertise using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
