What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for mortgage products, guiding members from application through funding.
• Build and retain member relationships by providing tailored financial solutions based on individual goals.
• Expand hirify.global's mortgage presence through community networking and strategic referral partnerships.
• Mentor and coach branch teams to identify mortgage opportunities and improve internal processes.
• Review loan files via automated underwriting systems and collaborate with underwriters on non-approved loans.
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state lending regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan production, including conventional, FHA, and VA products.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan sales or consultative sales experience within financial services.
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation and annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
• Ability to work onsite in the Maple Valley, Covington, or Kent, WA areas.

Nice to have

• Strong prospecting, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to perform complex income analysis with a high degree of accuracy.
