What you will do

• Manage loan opening duties, including ordering title reports, appraisals, IRS tax transcripts, and condominium documentation.
• Verify borrower information, including rental history, deposited funds, and employment history.
• Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers, agents, and title companies to support the Senior VP of Lending.
• Coordinate the loan process from application to closing, providing timely milestone updates to agents.
• Review and approve final Closing Disclosures (CDs) and facilitate loan closings.
• Perform post-closing outreach, including first payment reminders and thank-you correspondence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of residential mortgage/industry experience.
• Proficiency with Encompass, DU, and LP.
• Knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, and Regulation B.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
