What you will do

• Review mortgage loan applications and documentation to identify and resolve deficiencies.
• Prepare and deliver rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages to borrowers.
• Manage a diverse pipeline consisting of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage products.
• Collaborate with borrowers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Facilitate timely loan closings by coordinating directly with title companies and customers.
• Track outstanding items and follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Must be based in Boston, Massachusetts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Previous sales support experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
