What you will do

• Review mortgage loan applications, documentation, and disclosure packages for accuracy.
• Create and deliver rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages to borrowers.
• Identify and resolve file deficiencies to prevent problems before they impact the loan process.
• Manage a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, including 203K and reverse mortgage products.
• Coordinate directly with Title Companies and customers to schedule and facilitate timely loan closings.
• Track outstanding items on loan files and follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of documents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Ability to work within Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
