What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of high-priority partners (GSIs, SIs) to scale and mature their hirify.global practice.
• Act as a strategic advisor to partners regarding organizational structure, offerings, and services methodology.
• Monitor partner-led projects to ensure high-quality customer outcomes and handle escalations.
• Collaborate internally with Partner Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Conduct partner QBRs and health reviews to track performance and growth.
• Advocate for partner needs within hirify.global while holding partners accountable to quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore (first regional hire in APAC).
• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Partner Success, or Professional Services.
• Strong background in building/scaling delivery practices, including GTM experience and writing SOWs.
• Proven project management expertise (PMP certification is a plus).
• Technical fluency in iPaaS and enterprise orchestration to assess delivery approaches.
• Experience managing global or enterprise partner portfolios (GSIs, SIs).

Nice to have

• Experience with program design and change management.
• Strong skills in data analysis and establishing performance metrics.
• Experience in hands-on software implementation or architecture design.
