Location: Remote position available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in the US. Up to 25% travel to client locations and cross-functional meetings when needed.

What you will do

• Ensure successful delivery of all services engagements with high quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage and grow services revenue through effective resource utilization
• Develop and motivate a skilled services delivery team, including performance evaluations and mentoring
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic direction for the team
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support for seamless customer journey and business growth
• Foster customer relationships, manage escalations, and support sales with statements of work

Requirements

• Reside and be eligible to work in the US
• 10+ years in customer-facing role in SAAS for Accounting Profession or 10+ years in Audit/Accounting/Professional Services Firm
• 5+ years demonstrated management experience, including managing diverse remote teams
• Strong operational management, project management, consulting, and process improvement skills
• Expertise in supporting professional services sales, including statements of work, pricing, and proposals (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
• Excellent presentation, customer service, and team building skills; ability to manage ambiguity and multiple projects
