Customer Success Manager (Healthcare): Managing a portfolio of healthcare clients to ensure product adoption, loyalty, and growth of monthly recurring revenue with an accent on service delivery and relationship management. Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite). Travel to Denver, CO or other North American offices may be required.
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor product usage to drive adoption and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow MRR.
- Create and execute individual success plans for each customer in the portfolio.
- Act as a product expert for the EverHealth platform to help customers close process gaps.
- Collaborate internally to improve service delivery methodologies and standards.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- 2-4 years of experience in service or relationship management.
- Prior SaaS account management experience is highly desired.
- Background in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to travel to Corporate Headquarters in Denver or other North American offices.
