What you will do

• Drive revenue growth across all revenue channels throughout the East Coast region.
• Coach the sales team on MEDDPICC, Force Management, and Command of the Message methodologies.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage recruitment and hiring of top-tier enterprise sales talent.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, focusing on hunter roles and new customer acquisition.
• 4+ years of experience managing and scaling enterprise sales teams.
• Consistent track record of over-attaining quotas of $1M+ ARR.
• Proven success within small or fast-growing company environments.
• Knowledge of the physical security industry.
• Must have US work authorization (E-Verify participant).
