Account Executive, Territory - AEC (USA) (SaaS): Deliver territory revenue targets with 60% from account expansion and 40% from new mid-market AEC customers with an accent on consultative selling, stakeholder navigation, and full-cycle ownership. Focus on prospecting strategies, technical demos, pipeline management, and using AI tools to refine performance and close deals.
Fully remote role based in the U.S., preferably Central or Eastern Time Zones. Up to 50% travel across the U.S. and occasional to Canada. Obtain USA Part 107 drone license within 90 days.
$62,250 - $92,500 a year (Tier 2 locations: Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Miami).

What you will do
- Deliver territory revenue quotas through account expansion and new customer acquisition.
- Own book of business, uncover opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales Engineers on demos, rollouts, and technical walkthroughs.
- Execute prospecting, manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and full cycle from discovery to close.
- Use AI tools like Gong, Glean, and Gemini for call reviews, research, and performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data and collaborate across teams to drive customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years quota-carrying SaaS sales with full-cycle experience.
- Proven track record exceeding targets, ideally in AEC or construction tech.
- Experience selling into AEC organizations and navigating complex accounts.
- Strong consultative skills, communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Outreach).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and obtain USA Part 107 drone license.
