Compensation: $170,000 – $250,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop architecture components for the Workspace ONE Intelligence Platform using AWS and open-source tools.
• Participate in all software development phases, including requirements, design, coding, testing, and performance tuning.
• Drive API excellence by defining standards for versioning, REST vs GraphQL, and usability.
• Perform code and design reviews to maintain high engineering standards and ownership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support on-call responsibilities to ensure system reliability.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining security and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong foundation in architecting cloud services.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Experience with microservice architectures and high-performance, high-scale systems.
• Deep experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, and OpenSearch.
• Proficiency in DevOps, Agile, CI/CD processes, and tools like Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US; this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

• Experience in AI-driven, agent-based, or MCP-enabled automation.
