Salary: $225,000 – $310,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop architecture components for the Workspace ONE Intelligence Platform using AWS and open-source tools.
• Drive engineering initiatives and champion a culture of high ownership and engineering excellence.
• Optimize API design and strategy, evaluating trade-offs between REST and GraphQL for performance and usability.
• Conduct code and design reviews to support peer growth and maintain high security and quality standards.
• Participate in all SDLC phases, from requirements and coding to testing and performance tuning.
• Manage and improve on-call responsibilities to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in cloud services architecture.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Experience with microservice architectures and high-performance, high-scale systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, OpenSearch).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
