What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions using Java and related technologies (e.g., Java Struts, WebSphere, Tomcat).
• Analyze business and system requirements to deliver effective, scalable technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile SDLC process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Debug, review, and maintain existing systems to ensure performance, stability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver production-ready features.
• Apply best practices in code quality, version control, and DevOps continuous integration; optionally use AWS for deployment and infrastructure management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong understanding of Java, object-oriented programming, frameworks (Spring or Hibernate), REST APIs, and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile SDLC environment.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver efficient, maintainable solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting with minimal supervision.
