What you will do

• Develop practice assessment capabilities for wealth recruits and acquisition candidates.
• Create detailed financial assessments, loan structures, break-evens, and sensitivity analyses.
• Produce detailed reports and summaries to enable informed decision-making on recruit deals.
• Interpret loan profitability requirements into actionable insights for rapid decision making.
• Identify and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) applicable to analysis.
• Create presentation materials and meeting collateral for Advisor Loan programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role within financial services (wealth management, financial planning, private banking, or investment solutions).
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel.
• 1+ years of experience working cross-functionally with field partners (advisors, RIAs, BDs).
• High School Diploma.
• Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check under FINRA.
• Location: Must be based in Boston or Springfield, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Experience in client-facing analytics, strategy consulting, or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau and/or SAS software.
• Experience with Excel VBA.
• Ability to communicate complex findings via dashboards and presentations.
