Salary: $110,000 - $145,000

What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of the Target Operating model and expense frameworks to create a single source of truth for profitability.
- Own the end-to-end cost center hierarchy strategy across domestic, international, and corporate segments.
- Partner with senior leaders to define service catalogs, service level agreements, and chargeback methodologies.
- Transition fragmented reporting to scalable, rule-based expense attribution to improve visibility into direct versus indirect costs.
- Establish disciplined expense governance frameworks, including approval workflows and allocation rules.
- Oversee activity tagging for headcount, SaaS, and capitalized expenses across platforms like NetSuite, Coupa, and Dayforce.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
- Proven experience designing profit center or product P&L frameworks in multi-product, multi-region organizations.
- Strong understanding of expense attribution and cost allocation methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, Dayforce, or Adaptive.
- Must be based in or able to work from Greenwich, CT or New York, NY.
