What you will do

• Improve the delivery of Financial Planning products and services for assigned banking centers.
• Plan, design, and execute training, coaching, and skill assessments to enhance consultative selling.
• Drive sales and revenue growth within the assigned footprint.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with participants and solve customer problems.
• Update and manage the Enterprise Referral system with timely feedback and dispositions.
• Support the Investment Services team with training needs and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in investments/financial planning, or 4-7 years of equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in Oklahoma City, OK.
• Series 6 and/or 7, Series 65/66, and Life, Long-Term Care, and Health Insurance licensing preferred or required within the first 12 months.
