What you will do

• Provide strategic support for clients including capital calls, audit/tax support, and quarterly/annual financials.
• Increase transparency for founders and VCs using tools for real-time IRR and portfolio data (TVPI, RVPI).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and enhance the Venture Capital product suite.
• Consult with clients to implement Fund Administration software, shifting services to a software-based model.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Fund Administration.
• Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify used).
