Fund Origination Vice President (Alternative Investments)

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States; office-based Monday–Thursday with remote work available on Friday

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 base salary annually, plus equity and an annual performance bonus

hirify.global operates an alternative investments platform and supports feeder and conduit fund structures for the wealth management channel.

What you will do

• Lead fund origination initiatives from initial concept through product structuring, approvals, and launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver timely and efficient fund launches.
• Partner with asset managers and wealth managers to structure funds aligned with client, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
• Manage manager onboarding, new fund approval materials, launch documentation, and fund lifecycle activities.
• Oversee marketing materials and coordinate reviews with Legal and Compliance.
• Drive product management decisions for funds on the platform and support strategic fund launch projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product structuring experience with exposure to fund administration, fund management, or custodial relationships.
• Required experience in alternative investments and multiple fund structures.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
