Salary: $155,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Lead and manage the structuring and execution of fund origination initiatives from concept to launch.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient and successful fund launches.
• Partner with asset and wealth managers to structure funds aligned with regulatory and commercial requirements.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials and coordinate legal and compliance reviews.
• Make product management decisions for funds currently available on the menu.
• Shape service offerings across multiple fund structures and support strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product structuring experience with exposure to fund administration and custodial relationships.
• Proven experience in alternative investments with a focus on various fund structures.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in-office in Greenwich, CT (Monday-Thursday).
