TL;DR
Mid Market Account Executive (SaaS): Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for workplace management platform targeting companies with 501–5,000 employees with an accent on revenue growth, pipeline generation, and customer discovery. Focus on exceeding quotas, navigating buying committees using MEDDPPICC, and cross-functional collaboration to win deals.
Location: On-site in San Francisco HQ (4 days/week, Monday-Thursday)
Salary: OTE $180K–$184K (San Francisco Bay Area)

What you will do
- Drive revenue by consistently exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Own full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing deals up to $25K–$100K+ ACV.
- Build and maintain pipeline through outbound, BDR collaboration, and inbound leads.
- Conduct customer discovery using MEDDPPICC to uncover pain points and value drivers.
- Develop champions, tailor product demos, and collaborate cross-functionally to remove roadblocks.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting and navigate procurement/security reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience in mid-market/SMB, closing $25K–$100K+ ACV deals
- Proven track record exceeding quotas in competitive environments
- Consultative selling to IT/HR/operations using MEDDPPICC or similar
- Self-starter comfortable with outbound prospecting
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Chorus preferred
- Strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and process discipline

- Familiarity with IT, HR, workplace, operations buyer profiles
- Experience selling to compliance, security, HR, or facilities teams
- Additional languages like French, Spanish, German
