Salary: $175,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Manage and guide multiple global engineering teams within the Devices Engineering organization.
• Set and maintain high technical standards, including rigorous architectural reviews and automated testing strategies.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows to improve developer velocity and reduce boilerplate work.
• Identify and resolve systemic organizational bottlenecks by optimizing the SDLC and utilizing DORA metrics.
• Collaborate with the engineering leadership team to inspire and build a world-class engineering organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership.
• 3+ years managing multiple teams or a sub-organization of 10+ engineers.
• Experience building software engineering teams on public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Track record of mentoring Senior engineers into Lead, Staff, or Manager roles.
• Must be located in and authorized to work in the USA.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted engineering workflows (e.g., Copilot, AI-generated unit tests).

Nice to have

• Commercial software development experience in Golang, C++, Python, or Java.
• Experience with MacOS or Windows development, including native libraries and frameworks.
• Strong technical foundation in software engineering design principles.
