What you will do

• Act as bridge between management and engineers ensuring clear communication.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Troubleshoot engineering process issues and optimize onboarding for new team members.
• Own and maintain developer documentation for clarity and excellence.
• Serve as thought partner for product roadmap collaborating with CEO, CTO, and customers.
• Contribute to newsletters, blog posts, and release notes on new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Background as engineer or cross-functional technical role like technical product manager at early-stage company.
• Experience in customer-facing or stakeholder-facing role.
• Experience writing code professionally or as hobby/side project.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure including networking, security, automation.
• Experience with Go, NextJS, ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), Chakra UI, RESTful APIs, Git, Typescript/Javascript, Python, and/or Go.
