What you will do

• Co-lead customer engagements to translate business goals into clear system and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain solution architecture artifacts, including data flow diagrams and integration plans.
• Prototype and validate AI workflows with end users to prove product-market fit and de-risk implementations.
• Build and deploy production LLM systems incorporating RAG, agents, monitoring, and evaluations.
• Drive projects from technical discovery through implementation, production launch, and operational handoff.
• Convert individual deployments into reusable patterns and components for future AI Solutions projects.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production software in high-ownership environments.
• Background in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or forward deployed engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in ML/GenAI, specifically regarding problem decomposition and deployment trade-offs.
• Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Go.
• Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems patterns.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed based on project and client requirements.

• Familiarity with finance operations workflows such as AP, procurement, expenses, close, and reconciliation.
