What you will do

• Own the development of automation, AI, and ML features from concept and release to product integration.
• Generate new insights and solutions for complex, unsolved operational management problems in accounting.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team and company leadership to deliver high-impact projects.
• Build product features that directly enhance the company's market positioning.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of fullstack engineering experience delivering product features to users.
• 1+ year of experience on products that deliver AI/ML inference to end users (training or interface creation).
• Proven ability to build green-field products and iterate rapidly based on user feedback.
• Must be based in New York City and work in-person at the Manhattan office 4+ days a week.
• Strong interest and passion for AI/ML systems, evidenced by professional work or personal projects.

Nice to have

• Experience building with Python, TypeScript, and NextJs.
