What you will do

• Define and lead the global go-to-market strategy for developers, startups, and enterprises worldwide.
• Build and scale a high-performing GTM organization encompassing sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations.
• Establish the revenue operating system, including frameworks for forecasting, pricing, and pipeline generation.
• Convert product innovation into market adoption by partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
• Scale both developer-led growth and enterprise expansion through repeatable motions.
• Implement AI systems to drive revenue efficiency and operational assistance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading GTM or revenue organizations at high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of scaling GTM functions from early stage to growth stage.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams (sales, marketing, partnerships, revops).
• Strong background in selling or scaling technical products such as developer platforms, infrastructure, or SaaS.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (implied by HSA/FSA and US benefits).

• Experience with developer platforms or API-first products.
• Expertise in scaling developer-led growth motions.
• Background in crypto, blockchain, or adjacent infrastructure markets.
