Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in-office) if located within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT.

Salary: $190,000 – $290,000

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of product initiatives from inception to launch.
• Build prototypes using Cursor, Replit, and Claude Code in collaboration with attorneys and customers.
• Drive product strategy for Contracts Foundation, Knowledge & Research, Memory & Personalization, and Workflow Orchestration.
• Develop deep domain expertise to make LLMs effective for complex, knowledge-intensive legal work.
• Gather strategic customer feedback and collaborate with founders on business models, pricing, and packaging.
• Establish the foundation for the product organization, influencing culture, processes, and long-term goals.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in product management or software engineering.
• Degree or relevant experience in CS or Engineering.
• Familiarity with AI and LLMs.
• Proven track record of shipping polished B2B enterprise software.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a relentless, high-urgency environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup.
• Experience building 0→1 products.
• Background in world-class enterprise product organizations (e.g., Ramp, Stripe, Palantir).
