What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end growth strategy and roadmap for self-serve and enterprise motions.
• Lead experimentation across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze user behavior and A/B test outcomes to optimize conversion and expansion metrics.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to identify high-impact growth levers.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve onboarding, pricing, and packaging.
• Balance customer experience quality with measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in growth-focused roles.
• Experience shipping and scaling technically complex products in both self-serve and enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
