What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ML Platform and its backend infrastructure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers using a player-coach approach.
• Drive platform initiatives focusing on batch and streaming infrastructure, reliability, and system hardening.
• Partner with ML and engineering teams to translate technical constraints into prioritized, executable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Finance to define and optimize infrastructure cost efficiency and resource allocation.
• Define and monitor platform KPIs including reliability and model enablement metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years focused on ML infrastructure, backend systems, or data platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• Strong technical depth in model pipelines, feature stores, distributed systems, and production-scale deployment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts for various audiences.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
