What you will do
- Partner with cross‑functional product teams to identify and implement sustainable improvements in ways of working.
- Design and implement lightweight frameworks and "minimum viable processes" to increase efficiency.
- Scale agile practices across multiple teams by sharing insights, patterns, and best practices.
- Optimize the use of product and delivery tooling (e.g., Aha!, Azure DevOps) for better transparency and alignment.
- Provide hands‑on coaching, training, and facilitation for product teams and leadership.
- Support OKR planning, decision‑making, and the measurement of business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cross‑functional product teams.
- Background in product operations, or experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Designer.
- Strong facilitation skills, including conflict resolution and managing group dynamics.
- Proven ability to drive cultural and behavioral change through an agile mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Location: Must be based in Quebec, Canada
Nice to have
- Experience with Aha! and/or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with infrastructure engineering and SaaS product organizations.
