What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional product teams to identify and implement sustainable improvements in ways of working.
• Design and implement lightweight frameworks and guidelines using a "minimum viable process" mindset.
• Scale agile practices across multiple teams by synthesizing insights and sharing best-practice patterns.
• Optimize the use of product and delivery tooling to ensure transparency, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and facilitation to product teams and division leadership.
• Support teams with OKR planning, decision-making processes, and outcome measurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cross-functional product teams.
• Background in product operations, or experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Designer.
• Proven track record of driving cultural and behavioral change through agile mindsets.
• Strong facilitation skills, including conflict resolution and managing group dynamics.
• Ability to provide objective, constructive, and challenging feedback to teams and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Quebec, Canada

Nice to have

• Experience with Aha! and/or Azure DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with infrastructure engineering and SaaS product organizations.
