What you will do

• Lead deep-dive analyses of user behavior to identify friction points and revenue opportunities.
• Establish scalable reporting frameworks connecting product metrics to business outcomes such as retention and revenue.
• Create dashboards and self-service tools to enable product teams to independently interpret data.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on event tracking, data models, and governance standards.
• Maintain data integrity and reliability across BI tools and analytics platforms.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for product roadmaps and executives.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, or BI.
• Proven track record of scaling product analytics ecosystems in SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Deep understanding of KPIs, data modeling, and product instrumentation.
• Ability to connect product usage data to strategic business decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex data and influence stakeholders.
