What you will do

• Innovate AI techniques, including multi-stage agentic workflows, to automatically convert and upscale legacy code into cloud-native services.
• Manually evaluate conversion quality for complex code segments and perform manual interventions where necessary.
• Enrich the AI modernization pipeline with patterns to increase the quality and stability of the modernized code.
• Analyze hard-to-detect bugs or precision loss caused by differences in environments, compilers, and languages.
• Develop automation tools and create rigorous test suites to ensure converted code is accurate.
• Research and implement the latest AI tools and processes to continuously improve automated code conversion.

Requirements

• Strong interest and proficiency in AI for coding.
• Knowledge of legacy languages (e.g., C, Fortran) and modern languages (e.g., Rust, .NET, TypeScript).
• Proficiency in cloud technologies.
• Ability to break down and analyze complex systems.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Capability to research new topics and learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Experience with Azure and GCP.
• Knowledge of AppSec, Cloud Security, and containerization solutions (Kubernetes, Docker, Istio).
