TL;DR
Account Executive (MSP): Selling IT hardware and Managed Service Provider support plans to dental offices with an accent on full-cycle sales and pipeline generation. Focus on leveraging sales enablement tools, conducting consultative sales, and growing recurring revenue.
Location: Remote within the Western Region of the United States. Not hiring in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington DC, or Puerto Rico.
Salary: Base $60,000–$64,000; OTE $110,000–$114,000

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across the assigned western U.S. territory.
- Generate self-sourced opportunities through targeted outbound phone, email, and digital campaigns.
- Sell and grow recurring managed service revenue, including hardware as a service, cloud backup, and security.
- Build and maintain referral pipelines by collaborating with field representatives.
- Present tailored IT solutions to dental practice owners and office managers via virtual and in-person channels.
- Manage a disciplined pipeline using Salesforce, Clari, Groove, and Microsoft Teams.
Requirements
- Must be located in the western United States.
- 3+ years of successful experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Account Manager role with full pipeline ownership.
- Proven experience selling IT hardware and managed services; MSP sector experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns independently.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort presenting with virtual technology tools.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling to dental offices or within the healthcare sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or marketing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and Groove.
- Knowledge of software portfolio.
