What you will do

• Execute an ambitious product design strategy to impact user experience and business outcomes.
• Design end-to-end flows for multiple personas including IT and Security admins.
• Create scalable and usable design patterns to ensure consistency across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with user research, PMs, and engineering to frame problems and explore solutions.
• Present concepts and design impact to senior leadership to influence product decisions.
• Integrate AI tools for brainstorming, prototyping, and iterative design.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (Toronto, Ontario) for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, or similar design tools.
• Proven experience with complex technical projects and a strong design portfolio.
• Experience incorporating AI into the design process and crafting sophisticated prompts.
