Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 CAD (for candidates in Ontario)

What you will do

• Develop and optimize processes, methods, and tooling to ensure design team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain design programs, utilizing JIRA metrics to identify and implement improvements.
• Influence design and product teams to adopt best practices, specifically regarding sprints and VQA.
• Manage sprint ceremony calendars, agendas, and cross-functional communication to minimize feedback loops.
• Create scalable playbooks and documentation to align best practices across the organization.
• Monitor and shape team culture, focusing on morale and team health.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of industry experience on a creative team within matrix organizations.
• Deep understanding of how design, product, and engineering teams collaborate in an agile process.
• Experience scaling programs and design methods to up-level teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
• Expertise in collaboration software: Jira, Monday, Miro, and Figma.
• Must be based in eastern Canada and operate in the EST time zone.
