What you will do

• Lead design for core products including insurance, safety, and repairs.
• Ship 0→1 features to modernize the car care experience for everyday drivers.
• Partner with research, product, and data teams to translate insights into impactful designs.
• Build and evolve the company design system to ensure consistency and visual excellence.
• Apply AI to make the product experience faster, clearer, and more personalized.
• Elevate the bar for UX and visual design across the entire organization.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, thoughtful UX, and shipped consumer products at scale.
• 12+ years of product design experience (agency or in-house).
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end from research and concept to launch.
• Experience building and evolving design systems in collaboration with engineering.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and ship high-quality work quickly.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
