What you will do

• Lead and implement projects aimed at improving Finance processes.
• Utilize Celonis to perform in-depth analysis of business processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process mining models to visualize and monitor business workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Celonis analyses.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to support strategic decision-making.
• Design and deliver reports and dashboards within Celonis and train team members.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (conversational).
• Expertise in Excel, including databases, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Strong expertise in Data Analytics.
• Proven Project Management skills and experience leading projects.
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
