Advanced Business Analyst (Retail)

Advanced Business Analyst (Retail): Analyzing and designing integration solutions for software adapters between self-service systems and POS platforms with an accent on functional specifications and retail domain expertise. Focus on conducting fit/gap analysis, managing complex change requests, and coordinating stakeholder requirements within a SAFe framework.

Location: Must be based in Spain (Madrid or Remote)

What you will do

• Analyze, interpret, and document customer requirements and business processes, conducting comprehensive fit/gap analysis.
• Create Requirements Traceability Matrices and detailed Functional Specifications for identified gaps.
• Facilitate customer workshops and meetings to investigate complex business needs and propose improvements.
• Manage the change process for high-complexity IT changes, ensuring alignment with Product Management and Infrastructure teams.
• Operate within a Lean-Agile and SAFe methodology framework.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Native Spanish proficiency.
• Good business English skills (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of experience with retail systems and deep retail domain knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience operating within the Spanish market.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with SCO or ATM devices.
• 2+ years of experience with Lean/Agile methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience with Linux.
