What you will do

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models for revenue forecasting, cost projections, and profitability analysis.
• Conduct P&L analysis for special deals and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for integration.
• Act as the FB&A partner to Sales EMEA leadership, managing budgets, quarterly forecasts, and headcount planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI, R&D, Marketing, and Procurement to provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or strategy roles within global tech companies.
• Proven track record in building advanced models (e.g., TAM/SAM/SOM, workforce planning, ROI).
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work flexible hours if needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in Big4 financial advisory and/or Due Diligence analysis.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and budgeting platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment).
• MBA degree.
