$100,000 - $125,000 a year

What you will do
- Define and own product strategy for Core CDR platform components like data ingestion, quality, persistence, and administration.
- Collaborate with technical teams on analysis for gaps in interoperability, performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Translate architecture and needs into actionable product requirements and participate in code/architecture reviews.
- Maintain deep understanding of stack (Java, HAPI FHIR, Kubernetes, Postgres, Kafka) to guide trade-offs and prioritization.
- Champion data quality features and support backlog refinement, delivery oversight, and cross-functional execution.
- Conduct competitive research, evangelize features, guide customer discussions, and ensure platform documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or Platform Product Ownership
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
- Proven experience delivering complex software products/platforms, ideally in healthcare/enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of FHIR/HAPI FHIR, RESTful APIs, ETL, data persistence, OAuth2/OIDC/SAML, healthcare standards (HL7, LOINC, SNOMED).
- Experience with CI/CD, SDLC, cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform).
- Ability to review architecture, read/write code for validation, and facilitate executive communications.
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems or data platforms.
- Familiarity with observability, logging, system administration tools.
- Prior experience in healthcare data platforms or interoperability systems.
