Salary: $171,843 – $296,500

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy across multiple platforms, focusing on AI products for law firms.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, and GTM leadership to ship solutions at scale.
• Balance long-term strategy with hands-on involvement in AI product design and experimentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years leading PM teams in high-growth SaaS (Series C to IPO).
• Deep hands-on experience shipping AI/ML products, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record of driving technical and user-facing AI product strategy.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale operations while maintaining product quality.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
