What you will do
- Execute full product delivery lifecycle for web experience platform, ensuring reliable releases that drive user engagement and business impact.
- Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews and rapid experimentation, staying connected to legal professionals' needs.
- Collaborate with product managers and empowered teams in engineering and design to solve customer problems.
- Navigate technical dependencies across teams and Microsoft Office integrations while maintaining velocity.
- Champion outcome-focused metrics, assumption testing, and customer-centric decision making.
- Drive product strategy based on insights, market data, and capabilities, influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience executing complex, multi-quarter platform initiatives across multiple teams
- Strong technical fluency with enterprise content management systems, document workflows, or professional services software
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based product development, semantic indexing, RAG systems, and AI-powered document intelligence
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise integration patterns, including AI/ML for content management
- Comfort in high-autonomy environments with agile methodologies, feature flags, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions
- Legal technology, regulatory compliance, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred
